Paul Clark is a residential contractor with over three decades of hands-on experience across multiple facets of residential construction. He began his career as a certified arborist and heavy equipment operator, working on new-home sites and condominium developments, which gave him a strong foundation in site work, grading, and project logistics.

In the late 1980s and early 1990s, Paul transitioned into residential renovation and construction management. During this period, he served as a project manager on a 19-home subdivision in Westchester County, overseeing construction while also completing much of the tile, marble, and select plumbing work himself. He additionally handled landscaping on several of the homes, giving him a full-scope understanding of residential projects from ground work through finishes.

Since then, Paul has focused primarily on residential renovations, rehabilitation projects, and fix-and-flip work—often for investors and property owners—while expanding into plumbing and heating systems. Throughout his career, his core focus has remained the same: practical, well-executed residential construction with a clear understanding of cost, sequencing, and long-term durability.
